Appreciated Townsville, the hotel was excellent close to city center. The standard queen room we stayed in were updated. The location was favourable, just 5 min walk from The Drill Hall Studio.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was ideal, nestled in a nice area near Castle Hill. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very welcoming. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good air conditioning. Lastly, the price was incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Additionally, the attention to detail was noticeable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was near the city center, providing convenient access to all the bars and most of the places one would like to visit during the stay. The room was spacious, aired and provides stunning views of the ocean and nearby hills. The beds were comfy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the facility was clean and well-maintained, making it a great choice for a budget stay.
The security of the hotel could have been better.

Look, I'll be honest; we rocked in at 10pm, after making a last minute booking online and checked out the next morning before we saw any staff. But!! In the short time after making a booking, I got an email from Tony, checking in to tell us where we could grab our keys when we arrived (reception was closed) and to inform me that I'd given him a dud phone number. It just gave me a nice vibe. Plus, the place was clean and comfortable.
I wasn't there long enough to dislike anything.
